Terms & conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop at https://www.punjilo.com with [Owner / company name], [Business address] ("we", "us"). Our offer is aimed at consumers and businesses; where a rule only applies to consumers, this is stated.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the button "Order and pay now" you place a binding order for the items in your cart. Before that, you can review and correct all details.
We confirm receipt of your order by email straight away; this confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we accept your order with a separate email or ship the goods. For PayPal and card payments, the contract is concluded when the payment is completed.
The contract language is English or German, depending on the language in which you place your order. We save the contract text and send you the order details by email. These terms can be viewed at any time on this page.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros. All prices include the statutory German VAT of 19%. Shipping costs are shown on the Shipping & payment page and in the checkout before you order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed in the checkout. Delivery times are shown on the Shipping & payment page. If an item is unexpectedly not available, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already made.
Items marked as pre-order are shipped from the date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Limited drops can only be ordered from the start time shown on the product page, while stock lasts.
5. Payment
You can pay with PayPal, card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay, via Stripe), bank transfer or a Punji gift card. For bank transfers, the total is due within 7 days of ordering; we ship after the payment arrives. If we don't receive the payment within 14 days, we may cancel the order.
6. Gift cards
Gift cards are sent by email to the recipient once the order is paid. They can be used for all products in our shop and are valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which they were bought. They cannot be exchanged for cash. If the order total is lower than the gift card's value, the remaining balance stays on the card. One gift card can be used per order; gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.
7. Punji points
Customers receive 1 point for every full euro paid for products in a paid order (not for shipping costs or gift cards). Every 100 points can be redeemed at checkout for €3 off a later order. Points have no cash value, cannot be paid out or transferred, and are taken back if the order is cancelled, withdrawn from or refunded. We may end the points programme with at least 3 months' notice; points collected until then can be redeemed during that time.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details are on our Returns & withdrawal page, which is part of these terms. You can also withdraw online with the "Withdraw from contract" button at /withdraw.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If an item is faulty, please contact us at info@punjilo.com.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
12. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers in another EU country, this choice of law does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
