Delivery
We ship from Germany to all EU countries. Every parcel is sent with tracking, and you receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery times are counted from the day of shipping (for bank transfer: from the day your payment arrives). We usually ship within 1–2 working days.
Payment
You can pay with:
- PayPal: you finish paying on PayPal's secure page.
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Bank transfer: you see our bank details right after ordering and also get them by email. Please use your order number as the reference. We ship as soon as the money arrives.
All prices include the statutory German VAT of 19%.
